Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Lead the development, training, and mentoring of staff within the business analysis organization.
• Play a key role in delivering contract deliverables, including cost reports and technical reports, in a timely manner.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to guarantee the accuracy of financial data and compliance.
• Proactively monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management review.
• Analyze project performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for corrective actions.
