Business Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Business process analysis, understanding of current issues and as-is state.
• Improve process through new tools, reports, or process change.
• Training of users in general IT and software-specific topics.
• Act as project manager on small to mid-size projects to define requirements and coordinate activities with internal and external resources to deploy effective solutions into the organization.
• Identify possible issues and opportunities by daily contact with users and processes owners, involvement in processes and business projects.
• Prepare documentation and training when needed.
• Develop custom reports using SQL and Crystal Reports.

Qualifications:

• Business process analysis, understanding of current issues and as-is state.

• Provide support to all  users. Resolve issues by evaluating Sage process steps, master data and configuration.
