Cheif Technology Officer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technology strategy to achieve business success
• Build and lead a cross functional engineering team to accomplish the necessary product build
• Liaise with senior technology leaders at Goldman Sachs to build an implementation roadmap
• Coordinate build between multiple lines of business within Goldman Sachs to ensure alignment with business goals
• Drive the recruitment, onboarding and training of engineers.

Experience:

• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of financial markets and fixed income trade/execution
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, project management.
