Job Description:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish languages, both written and spoken.
•  Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software.
•  Current membership in the CAAPPR and Puerto Rico Architecture License is required.
•  10+ years in the design development, preparation of comprehensive construction documents.

Responsiblities:

• Utilizar e implementar el programa BIM a través de los programas de Autodesk.
• Coordinate design workflow with project teams, client, and consulting engineers.
• Prepare architectural design proposals.
• Create design programs along with the clients.
•  Hold meetings with clients, consulting engineers, and government agencies.
