Chief Information Officer

Job Description:

• Improving interoperability, consolidating services, and migrating systems to the cloud, as cost-effective and appropriate.
• Managing the budget and overseeing and advising on spending throughout the Division to ensure consistency with overall strategic objectives, mission and program needs, and Division priorities.
• Monitoring all component  investment performance through regular reviews and engagement with the program sponsor and stakeholders, identifying underperforming majorinvestments, and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinating with the in alignment with the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act, in developing and implementing strategies for enterprise data and information.

Requirements:

• Veterans' preference is not applicable to the Senior Executive Service.
• Selective Service registration is required for males born on, or after.  Those not registered should have an approved exemption on file.
• You will be required to complete a pre-employment security investigation and background check for the security level designated for this position.
• You will be required to undergo a drug screening and obtain favorable results prior to being appointed.
