• Strategic Business and Technology PlanningBuild comprehensive and collaborative business and technology plans that align technology initiatives with business goals in a client centered manner with respect to channel preferences and experience. 
• Leadership Brings an inherent ability to inspire the organization at multiple levels to work diligently toward achievement of stated objectives. Leadership must be demonstrated in every interaction from analyzing opportunities to managing third party partners to selecting systems to managing projects to interactions with Management and the Board of Directors
• Collaborative yet Decisive An excellent communicator and transparent in strategy, planning, execution and particularly decision making. Engages business constituents and builds a solid reputation as a business partner and stakeholder.
• Analytical Thinking and Change Management Explores business challenges, imagines enhancements with process & technology that may challenge the status quo and drives improvements that will benefit the entire organization.
