Compliance Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Obtain and file fully executed copy of the agreements for reporting.
• Maintains share point or other related sites.
• Communicate findings to the requestor and department leadership.
• Provide compliance review industry support agreements for educational activities and fellowships.
• Prepare written feedback to department management regarding compliance of individual relationships with relevant industry.
• Facilitate resolution of non-compliant terms to requestor and department.
• Assist with monitoring and reporting on conflict management plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business or legal field required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in compliance related matters including contract review with some exposure to the health care field required
• Computer skills are required.
• Proficient in MS Office based products, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
