Job Description :
  • Ablity to independently understand business requirements and develop solutions using the Cúram software suite - Required 6Years
  • Business Knowledge of Medicaid, Child Care programs - Required 6Years
  • Ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users. - Required 6Years
  • Ability to develop relationships/ partnerships with customers by responding to needs by exhibiting a sense of urgency - Required 6Years
  • Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customers by responding to needs in timely manner - Required 6Years
  • Understand Cúram Case Management functionality and associated business processes of a Social Services organization - Required 6Years
  • Experience in business process analysis (Use Cases and/or process flows) and mapping (Gap Analysis) techniques in Curam - Required 6Years
  • Very strong experience in a leading business requirement grooming session, writing user stories and acceptance criteria - Required 5Years
  • Thorough knowledge/experience with SDLC processes (Agile – Scrum, Kanban) - Required 6Years
  • Local to NC candidate - Highly desired  
  • Curam V6 Certification - Required 
  • Experience with problem identification and integration of technical skills to resolve issues - Required 6Years
