Job Role:
To provide support on clerical activities involving in inventorying, sorting, filing, cataloging, scanning.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1.   Inventorying / tracking of physical records.

2.   Perform counting and validation of records and maintaining the logs.

3.   Scan preparation of the documents (unfolding, reconstructing fragile records, stapling/taping, reorganizing as per sequence etc)

4.   Scanning of the tickets using Auto Document Feeder(ADF) and Manual Feed based on requirements

5.   Perform scanned images quality control digitally (Training would be provided)

6.   Filing of the records / documents as per the hierarchy standards defined

7.   Tracking/tracking of the records / document

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :

1.  Basic reading, writing, and analytical skills required.

2.   Knowledge to perform inventorying & scanning.

3.   Good communication, quick grasping, good analytical skills, ability to perform independently.
