We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in our heavy equipment division, Chery Equipment Group. In this role, you will verify customer information and issue invoices in a professional and friendly demeanor. To ensure success, the Customer Service Representative should have experience in a sales environment and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Verify orders, including customer’s personal information and payment details
• Work with Operations Manager and field technicians to ensure timely service to meet customer's needs
• Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing
• Manage purchase orders and invoices.
• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork; including obtaining missing customer information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience in customer service and sales
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with industry software such as Salesforce, Excel, and Google Suite
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of heavy equipment (preferred)

Salary: $19-$21
