Cyber Security Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Recognizes and performs functional escalations in situations beyond the normal scope of responsibility.
• Provides technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
• Understands and supports the organization’s policies, procedures, processes, goals, and objectives.
• Facilitates support resolution and usability tasks to meet customer needs.
• Delivers network components and solutions that meet expectations for quality, timeliness, and cost-efficiency.
• Works with a metric-driven support model to ensure quality performance.

Requirement:

• 2+ years of IT experience.
• Candidates must be able to work on their own and feel comfortable reaching out to election agencies to schedule appointments, conduct a site survey, and present cybersecurity best practices to a group of election officials.
• Great customer service and communication skills are a must.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience working with critical service components or network technologies found in industry-standard frameworks, methodologies, or technical certifications.
