Data Analyst

 Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains system documentation, user guides, and other relevant system materials.
• Serves as a key liaison with other stakeholders such as Auditors, the Bermuda Government, Payroll, Unions etcetera with respect to workforce information needs.
• Reviews and analyses HCMS data for accuracy and performs regular audits to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Ensures all workforce information and data is managed relative to privacy laws and local legislation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Data Science & Analytics, or equivalent post-secondary education in Systems and Analysis and / or Project Management / Information Systems or proven experience in HCMS.
• Two - three (2-3) years of HCMS or Data Analyst experience or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and generate reliable reports.
