Develop, maintain, and deliver data oriented production reports, while addressing and meeting ad hoc reporting requests in a timely manner.  Proactively develop new and innovative reporting models.

 

Requirements:

·         Familiar with data presentation and visualization tools such as Tableau, and PowerBI.

·         Advanced Excel skills

·         Trending and Analytics

·         Producing data oriented reporting

·         Report design requirement collection and build using various tools

·         Creation of real time executive dashboard

·         Power Point Presentations

·         Proactively ensure quality and accuracy in all reporting throughout the organization

·         Create and implement reports that provide consistent updates to company key performance indicators

·         Knowledge& experience with database.

·         Training and development of analytics and reporting team members;

·         Analyzes primary and secondary data sets providing regular updates on internal metrics (KPIs), category management, and trends.

·         Responds to routine and ad hoc inquiries.

·         Prepares and maintains files and other records for the Production management team.

·         Participates in special projects as required.

·         SQL integration/query

·         Oracle integration/query

·         Back end data warehouse

·         Previous experience with the automation of reporting

·         Automation of data extracts and feeds to established dashboards and reports.

·         Office based roll

 

Preferred experience with the following:

·         ServiceNow

·         IT Service Management (incident, problem, change)

·         ITIL familiarity

·         SQL integration/query

·         Oracle integration/query

·         Back end data warehouse
