Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis while being the subject matter expert.
• Facilitates the development of effective business reporting for the division while also identifying opportunities for process improvements and automations to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.
• Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
• Assist with the design, development, and deployment of technology improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Analytics, Finance, or Business.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, dashboard and report building, or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Knowledge of database design, data warehousing principles, and the ability to work with large complex datasets.
