Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the staffing industry.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
