Data Engineer/Data Analyst

Position Overview: As a Data Analyst/Data Engineer at CTC Group, Inc, you will be at the forefront of driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior analysts, and leverage your expertise to analyze complex datasets, derive meaningful insights, and provide recommendations that shape our business strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of complex data analysis projects to uncover trends, patterns, and insights within diverse datasets.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and define data analysis requirements.
• Develop and maintain advanced data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to identify correlations, anomalies, and predictive trends in data.
• Mentor junior data analysts, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.
• Design and execute A/B tests to assess the impact of changes and initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, quality, and accessibility.
• Interpret data insights and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance data analysis processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (X+ years) in data analysis with a track record of delivering impactful insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL.
• Advanced expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a curiosity to explore data deeply.
• Experience with statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex and unstructured datasets.
• Outstanding communication skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
