Data Engineer

 Responsibilities:

• Support the ETL process for operations data and drive process consistency to move towards automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to proactively identify and address priority business questions within Retrieval Operations.
• Enhance the comprehensive view of our operations data and its impact on our operations and business teams, providing insights to other organizational teams.
• Identify and advocate for opportunities to improve operations data quality.
• Ensure consistent adoption of standards, processes, and methodologies within a team. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the team’s overall productivity.
• Provide data leadership and coordination among internal stakeholders and departments.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the healthcare or technology industry.
• Experience in handling large datasets, building data workflows, and integrating with cloud-based platforms like AWS or Snowflake
• Expertise in working with large-scale databases designing efficient schema structures, and conducting data transformations within ETL pipelines.
