Data Engineer

 Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets and develop statistical models to identify patterns and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain metrics for tracking performance and evaluating the effectiveness of organizational processes.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate hypotheses and identify areas for improvement in organizational processes.
• Build data pipelines and develop data cleaning and preprocessing scripts as needed to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Communicate complex data analyses and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data analysis and data science techniques and tools.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in data analysis and/or data science.
• Strong programming skills in R and Python, and experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience with A/B testing, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
• Ability to build data pipelines and develop data cleaning and preprocessing scripts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
