Data Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and identifying where system enhancements are required.
• Gathering data from primary or secondary data sources to identify, interpret trends, and patterns in complex data sets.
• Review data from multiple applications and perform root cause analysis on data issues and recommend data quality controls to resolve gaps/issues.
• Document inventory of current state data quality controls.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure that data is properly integrated thru the various systems.
• Develop complex data quality audits using SQL to identify possible data issues.
• Identify, assess, monitor, document, and communicate potential quality issues in the way data is collected, stored, processed, or used.
• Generate reports and provide insights on data quality, progress, and issues to management.

Requirement:

• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in decentralized team and communicate using virtual communications tools.
• Self-starter that does not need to wait for instructions; takes actions to achieve goals; proactive.
• Experience in facilitation skills, verbal, written, and visual.
