Data Scientist

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This position is suitable for recent graduates (graduated between December 2023 and May 2024) or individuals with up to 4 years of professional experience in the field of data science. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and relationships in complex datasets.
• Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, and clustering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability.
• Create insightful data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
• Utilize statistical techniques and methodologies to analyze experiments and optimize business processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and apply them to improve existing methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (graduated between December 2023 and May 2024).
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and preprocessing techniques.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Matplotlib, or Plotly.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication skills with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (but not required):

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for data storage and processing.
• Previous internship or project experience in data analysis or machine learning.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques is a plus.
