Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Provide services for the development and execution of strategic  data initiatives focusing on data engineering, data science, data analytics and AI/ML.
• Provide services for advanced analytics, AI/ML model development, data governance, and implementation of innovative technologies and collaborate with  and DoD data community to deliver data driven tools and platforms for decision-making.
• Coordinate with Chief Data Officer  and participate across  to interpret business, operational needs, and recommend use cases for data to align with informative decision making.
• Identify, provide access to, and provide subject matter expertise to enable the integration and/or ingest of authoritative data sets
• Perform associated role within the data stewardship/data custodian roles.
• Ensure data is being tagged, cataloged, and integrated into the data warehouse at the time of creation.
