Data Scientist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, HR Analytics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably with experience in HR analytics.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) to create interactive and insightful dashboards.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and HR-related data sources.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to present complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and industry trends is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
