JOB DESCRIPTION

Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement Bachelor of Commerce or Information Technology or Master of Business Administration (Finance); a qualification in CFA would be an added advantage Over three years of experience in a similar role Skilled in Excel VBA (Macros) and SQL Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Passionate about learning new skills/things and flexible about responsibilities and tasks Domain expertise in capital markets/mutual funds/ETFs Knowledge of Bloomberg, FactSet and Aladdin databases (an added advantage) Good understanding of performance and risk calculation methodologies Solid understanding of basic financial terms and knowledge about products, such as mutual funds, ETFs and derivatives Good Excel skills, VBA, SQL and any other programming language Knowledge of Seismic presentations tool (an added advantage) Responsibilities

Update performance charts, numbers and other static/dynamic data in presentations/pitchbooks/review books/factsheets Engage with various stakeholders to kick off workflows, prepare for the quarter end, gather and input data, as well as resolve questions14 Prepare process guides and documentations and help with any ad hoc projects during lean periods Create performance attribution reports, prepare charts, analyse and write commentaries Prepare presentations and Factsheets on a periodic basis for marketing
