Responsibilities

• Be the Technical Owner of the DevOps capabilities offered
• Manage the DevOps capabilities products lifecycle: strategy, roadmap and backlog
• Ensure technical excellence and reduce technical debt of the products you own
• Be the expert on DevSecOps, coach and lead the application of its best practices: development, code QA, security and CI/CD
• Stay on top of the DeSecOps technology trends and experiment new tools and practices

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
• 1 years of hands-on experience including: technical security, network management and cloud infrastructure, and 2+ years of experience in leading teams.
• Knowledge and Skills.
• Providing technical consulting for Rancher users architecting container solutions.
• Strong experience of software development life cycle, code quality and security assurance DevSecOps (SDLC, QA, SAST and SCA)
• good experience in Infra, networking, Linux Ubuntu, OpenShift, Ranchers, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience on the most used cloud infrastructures like Azure Cloud, AWS or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of application servers such as Apache Tomcat, WebSphere, etc
• CI/CD Microservices and API strategy is in your blood
• Strong experience at least on one of configuration management tools like: Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.
• IaaS (terraform, etc) speaks a lot to you.
• Automation and scripting skills (python, bash and groovy) is a must.
• Understanding of agile methods and processes. Able to efficiently manage the End to End Product Lifecycle (Roadmap and Backlog management).
• Able to efficiently manage the End to End Product Lifecycle (Roadmap and Backlog management), and ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
• Effectively communicates in English at different levels in the organization.
• Experiences working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and team player attitude.
