•Design and build DevOps Capabilities using Azure DevOps with focus on deployments (manual/CI/automation) and environmental consistency. This individual must also possess skills to handle a server migration effort from Sever 2008 to Server 2016/2019 Responsibilities/skiils

• Support and improve existing on-premises TFS and VSTS/Microsoft Azure DevOps infrastructure

• Migrate on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft Azure DevOps infrastructure

• Must have strong Development background

• Experience working in Windows environments such as IIS, VSTS etc.

• Able to establish build processes in an agile SDLC environment using industries best practices

• Expert in code branching methodologies using Azure DevOps /VSTS

• Must be able to manage multiple environments (Development, Test, UAT, Production) using proper access controls and processes to maintain environment integrity

• Experience with DevOps practices, including: o Creation of environments o Creation of templates o Creation of automated build pipe and deployments

• Experience with ArcGIS Server and ESRI products

• Experience working with a server team to handle server upgrades and migrations

• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) • Understanding of Agile/Scrum

• Experience with TDD (Test Driven Development)

• 2 years’ experience with Microsoft tools including .Net 1yr and above, C#, MVC

• Windows Server administration skills (2008R2 to 2019)

• Experience with Microsoft TFS, VSTS and/or DevOps (3+ yrs)

• Windows IIS administration skills

• Understanding of DNS and DHCP services as well as SSH, HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP and other common network protocols

• Knowledge of maintenance and management of an entity’s infrastructure

• Experience with configuring and hosting web applications and web services in IIS and Apache

• Plan and implement DevOps practices in support of fully automated deployments
