DevOps

• Collaborate across development, operations, and product teams to deliver a technology platform that exceeds the expectations of our rapidly growing customer base
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code and automated build/deploy processes
• Define robust practices that support current needs and are flexible enough to grow with the company
• Implement and manage effective Change, Incident, and Release Management processes
• Troubleshoot and fix critical issues in production environments followed by root cause analysis and permanent solutions
• Ensure high availability through redundant architectures and automated backup and recovery
• Design and implement tools and systems to secure, scale, and automate operations tasks
• Mentor, lead, and grow DevOps team

Qualifications

• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills working in a team environment
• Experience managing complex systems and workloads in AWS
• Knowledge of the latest DevOps trends and continuous learning mindset
• Familiarity with both serverless and containerization technologies
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically
• Hands-on experience with monitoring infrastructure with AWS or 3rd-party systems
• Solid understanding of security practices and practical applications in AWS
• Experience managing and mentoring team members
• College degree in business, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations or Software Development
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in production AWS environments
