DFT Engineer

• 5-10 years of hands on experience with different DFX architectures. Good to have exposure to multi-core and multi-processor architectures
• Has participated in multiple SoC DFX verification till tapeout stage
• Experience writing SoC testplans and re-using existing SoC verification infrastructure for DFX testing
• Experience in SoC Testbench definition for DFX purposes
• Experience in developing DFX related TB components and testcases, including functional coverage implementation and assertion coding
• Experience in Gate level simulation & netlist debugging
• Experience in Perl/Shell scripting
• Experience with JTAG/TAP, BIST debug. Exposure to manufcaturing tests development and debug at SoC level.
