Digital Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect, clean, and analyze data from various digital platforms including websites,

social media, etc.

2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide stakeholders with

real-time insights.

3. Perform in-depth analysis of user behavior, conversion rates, and customer journey

to identify trends and opportunities.

4. Utilize predictive analytics and modeling to forecast digital performance and

customer behavior.

5. Partner with marketing, product, and IT teams to implement data-driven

improvements and strategies.

6. Ensure robust data collection methods, including tag management and event

tracking.

7. Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical

stakeholders.

8. Conduct keyword research, audits, and competitive analysis to improve website

performance.

9. Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure best practices are 

implemented during website development or redesign projects.

10. Conduct regular audits to ensure website health, identify technical issues, and
implement solutions for improved performance.

11. Stay up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and SEO best
practices to proactively recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
