Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Property Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts for our real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  2. Content Creation and Management:

    • Develop compelling content for property listings, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms that resonate with potential clients.
    • Create high-quality visuals, including photographs, virtual tours, and promotional videos, to enhance property presentations online.
  3. Digital Advertising:

    • Manage PPC campaigns, social media ads, and other digital advertising efforts to increase property visibility and lead generation.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report on key metrics.
  4. SEO and Web Presence Optimization:

    • Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings for property listings and related content.
    • Collaborate with web developers to enhance the user experience on the company website.
  5. Social Media Management:

    • Develop a robust social media strategy to engage with followers, promote listings, and build brand awareness.
    • Monitor social media channels for inquiries and respond promptly to potential clients.
  6. Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with sales teams, property managers, and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
    • Coordinate marketing campaigns with offline efforts and company events as necessary.
  7. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Analyze marketing performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
