Required Skills:

• 5 Years of State and local government experience

• 3 Years of Experience in managing, organizing, prioritizing, and concurrently leading multiple IT projects • 5 Years of Experience with developing, managing and monitoring the schedule for projects or multiple phases of a project

• 3Years of Knowledge required to ensure the master schedule is followed and must be accountable for changes to the schedule

• 5Years of Ability to apply known Project Management (PMBOK based) approaches for developing and managing projects such as estimation methodologies

• 3 Years of Ability to apply known Project Management (PMBOK based) approaches for developing and managing projects such as earned value calculations

• 3 Years of Ability to apply known Project Management (PMBOK based) approaches for developing & managing projects such as Risk Assessment/Mitigation Plan (RAMP).

•3 Years of Ability to advocate project alternatives in line with enterprise standards

•3 Years of Ability to use lessons learned from projects and develop best practices for future projects

•3 Years of Experience with documenting, controlling, counseling & advising senior level management & leadership regarding issues and risks & technology issues

•4 Years of Productive agency and executive communication and negotiation skills

•2Years of Ensuring project implementation meets intended requirements and specifications

•4 Years of Ensuring project implementation meets operational needs of users and stakeholders.

Location: Remote

Note : The candidate will be allowed to work remotely for the duration of the engagement, but he or she will need to come onsite the first day to collect equipment and go through an orientation with the manager.
