• Incident Management- Analyze and resolve any issue reported by the client or the user in the system, coordinating with interfacing application and system administrators, if required.
• Own application outages/high severity escalated cases and ensure that they are resolved as per SLAs and quality expectations.
• Add value to the incident management process with technical/product/domain knowledge
