Responsibilities:

• Preference given to applicants in the Bi-State area or Central Time Zone. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
•  Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business and technical requirements.
•  Identify and resolve system and application issues. Formulate and define system scope and objectives.
•  Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering available infrastructure, requirements, and required results.
•  Determine application and process changes that enhance business processes and operations.
