Job Description :

Job Responsibilities:

  • Closely working with the R&D engineers to understand current programs, and identify patent and product creation opportunities relevant to Strategic Roadmap of the organization
  • Interface with the Business leaders and Innovation management teams to track Innovation and IP KPIs and drive strategic initiatives
  • Drive initiatives to continuously improve the quantity and quality of patent and product portfolio
  • Monitor the competitive IP landscape and benchmarking to generate actionable insights
  • Monitor competitor activity - IP landscape and benchmarking, and emerging technologies-driven product differentiation - to generate actionable insights
  • Guiding the inventors in developing their raw ideas to patentable solutions and Innovations.
