Entry Level Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct stakeholder requirements discussions to understand functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Conduct GAP analysis of the different reports that are being presented to clients to accommodate their requirements for the new enhancements.
• Facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning Meeting, Daily SCRUM Meeting, and Sprint Review Meeting).
• Log and track the defects and manage the test process with the QA team.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master's any Degree
• Good Knowledge of different SDLC methodologies like Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
• Well-Versed in business document writing skills including BRD, FRD, and SRS.
• Knowledge in conducting GAP analysis and Cost/Benefit analysis.
• Good communicator and problem-solving skills.
