Entry Level Sales Recruiter

SEEKING FULL TIME SALES RECRUITER (LONG TERM) IN ANAHEIM (NEAR DISNEYLAND)

As our Sales Recruiter, you will be part of an award-winning team - awarded both the 2019 Inc. 500 award & the 2019 OCBJ award. Our high-end Recruitment/Staffing Firm is actively looking for an enthusiastic/growth driven professional who is eager to grow & build a specialized long-term career starting as a high-end Sales Recruiter. This Individual should have Sales experience of at least 6+ months and be an excellent communicator / stellar writing skill in order to effectively produce results and take their career to the next level. (HUGE PLUS) someone with knowledge of technology to support our IT/Engineering clients & candidates.

Requirements: What You Need for this Position

• Should have at least 6+ months of Sales experience (Any IT / Product Sales etc). Knowledge of technology to support our IT/Engineering clients & candidates is a PLUS.
• Must have strong Phone Sales skills
• Must have strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Strong Sales Behaviors to grow our current accounts, as well as, sign on pre-existing leads (with the option of bringing your own leads as well).
• Have experience using computer programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.…)
• Must be located within 10-15 miles of our office or be willing make the drive since we will require everyone to come into the office Monday – Friday.
