Entry Level Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

•  Leading daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other project-related meetings, coaching the team on Scrum principles and best practices.
• Facilitating open discussion and conflict resolution; identify and resolve issues that might arise during scrum execution; update activities in a project management tracking tool.
•  Record and maintain product requirements and the backlog.
•  Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and address challenges.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve organizational Agile practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD Required.
•   A bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field of study, and 8 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
•  Active TS/SCI OR TS with SCI eligibility with poly OR the ability to successfully pass a poly required.
•  Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master on a Scrum team.
•  Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching others how to become Agile.
