Etl Developer

Responsibilities:

• Aligns business strategy with software solutions.
• Proposes, designs & codes software solutions to address complex business needs. Oversees technical and procedural documentation required.
• Leads complex problem solving.
• Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development.
• Displays an innovative approach to apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience working in relational database design with Oracle and Teradata.
• Proficient in Informatica, with a good knowledge of ETL development.
• Strong experience in design, building and testing the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) applications.
• Must have 3 years of experience in working with Data Virtualization tool Denodo.
• Experience working with enterprise data warehouses.
• Familiarity extracting data from multiple data sources such as DB2, Oracle, and flat files.
• Familiarity with database stored procedures.

Key Skills:

• SQL competence.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Knowledge of at least one ETL tool (Informatica, SSIS, Talend, etc.
• Knowledge of different SQL/NoSQL data storage techniques and Big Data technologies.
