Etl Developer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with 3rd parties and government agencies to understand data integration requirements and ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards.
• Design and implement data mapping, data transformation, and data quality rules to ensure accurate and complete data.
• Perform data profiling and data analysis to identify data quality issues and suggest improvements.
• Optimize ETL processes to improve performance and scalability.
• Develop automation scripts and queries to facilitate data preparation and reporting tasks.
• Create technical documentation for ETL processes and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling principles.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.
• Proficient in SQL and other programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Familiarity with secure file exchanges, data encryption, change control, and auditing best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Skills:

• SQL competence.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Knowledge of at least one ETL tool (Informatica, SSIS, Talend, etc.
• Knowledge of different SQL/NoSQL data storage techniques and Big Data technologies.
