• Incessant learning of the latest technologies relevant to construction project management and utilize appropriately in your day-to-day work.
• Adapt and contribute to the prevailing culture to relentlessly innovate on behalf of the customers and value harmony among the team.
• Contribute regularly to innovation efforts and help define the product roadmap.

• Have a basic understanding of Agile development and why it is necessary.
• Be able to write concise, well-documented code.
• Understand how to optimize client-facing software.
