JOB DESCRIPTION
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1-7 years of relevant experience with solid knowledge of modelling, refactoring with good hands-on exposure to the trending languages & frameworks 1-4 years experience in building products with Full stack technologies like Python or GO, 1-3 years experience in Node.JS, MongoDB (or other NOSQL, SQL), REST, Web Sockets, JavaScript 1-3 years experience leveraging messaging software (E.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs and OOAD Experience with one of JavaScript Frameworks (React, Angular, Vue etc.) Experience in most utilized application/web servers Experience with Agile development methodologies with Test Driven Development (TDD) Experience with Kubernetes, Docker development paradigms Demonstrated problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills to handle situations effectively Strong communication skills, and the ability to work directly with and influence stakeholders Strong leadership skills across all levels of an organization, able to lead squads, tribes, guilds Self-motivated decision maker, frequently taking initiative to improve code the base and share best practices
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Bachelors Degree (Computer Science or related) or equivalent experience Certification as AWS, Azure, Google Solutions Architect or Certified Developer is a plus
