FULL STACK JAVA DEVELOPER

Summary: Our client is looking for these roles within their Payment Authorization and Payment Device teams. The payment authorization team is a system that processes all the payments from the consumer which would include credit cards, gift cards, PayPal, etc. There is a copy of each service in each store, and they are trying to combine it into a cloud service. This role is going to be all-new microservices in Java (need to have version 8 and above) and heavy spring boot experience. They will also be using PCF, so some form of cloud experience is a must. Also, this person needs to have an understanding application design/architecture and have knowledge of scalability and the resiliency of an application, as it is extremely high traffic (SLI's KPI's etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:

* Java 8+

* Spring boot

* Hands on Microservices Development

* Ability to work on the front end and pick up any technology necessary (Angular/React)

* Some form of cloud experience is a plus

* NoSQL experience

* Knowledge of best CI/CD practices

* Automated testing experience (CI/CD)

* Knowledge of application design/architecture and the ability to scale an application

* Culture fit (passionate about the industry, strong communication, team player, learns new technologies on the side)
