Job Description : Responsibilities:
- Have an ability to stay organized and manage bandwidth in order to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understand competitive brands and their positioning. Continue to drive our company, community, and new home differences through luxury design and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance and sales success to ensure goals are met and optimized through high-quality design and brand management.
- Manage and promote through quality design and relevant assets the luxury lifestyle, homes, and communities that our company builds.
- Organize computer files and maintain an easy file structure for Sales and Marketing to understand how to access finished files.
- Co-manage all website properties (5+) to ensure luxury branding and informational accuracy.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field required.
- Proficient and ideally an expert in all Adobe Creative Cloud products.
- Proficient in WordPress. Understanding of basic coding in HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Understands and desires to grow in their expertise of residential real estate and specifically the Boise, ID housing market.
- Must be able to edit, resize, and Photoshop images in a timely manner.
- Design visually compelling content for social and search advertising campaigns.
