Graphic Designer

Responsiblties:

• Envision, create and lead best-in-class design experience for consumer and higher education prospect campaigns, this includes, contributing to creative meetings and brainstorm sessions to gather inspiration and requirements in order to deliver these designs.
• Develop imaginative and creative design assets, branding and templates for marketing campaigns in order to elevate the brand.
• Provide a creative “voice” by taking risks and experimenting with innovative ideas. Develop creativity that is out of the box and leads to the evolution of current brand guidelines. 
• Collaborate with the Creative Services team, Strategic Marketing Managers, CIA customers and vendor partners to conceptualize, design and produce print and digital creative content options.
• Support rollout of new branding across all platforms, including print, digital, and signage. Responsible for the on-going maintenance of the CIA brand.
• Assist in directing photo shoots in order to create compelling imagery. Touch up photos, as required.
• Assist the Producer with video programming, from planning through post-production launch.
• Develop logos, infographics, promotional banners, presentations and signage.
• Support graphic needs for web, social, and multimedia teams.
