TRAINING PROCESS:

• We provide in-class training which is unique and comprehensive as it’s a real time project environment where you get to work on live projects which will give you hands-on experience before working on the client project.

• We work in small batches which enables individualized attention to every candidate.

MARKETING& PLACEMENT PROCESS:

• One on one assignment to the BDM for marketing.
• Training session on the marketing strategies and interview process.
• We will provide training on how to successfully interact with client.
• Strong and motivated marketing team to ensure quick placement with their reach to all the prime vendors.
• We work with direct clients, Implementation partners and we are approved with all tier one vendors resulting in assured placement.
• Excellent track record of placing the candidates in 4-6 weeks after we get the OPT/CPT approval. Limited time spent on bench between projects.
• A separate training on project guidelines is conducted on do’s and don’ts at the client side.

SUPPORT PROCESS:

• Dedicated support provided by experienced professionals offshore and onsite to provide the first line of support from troubleshooting to bug fixes which helps in diagnosing and resolving the issue.
• Support sessions can also be used for knowledge transfer sessions resulting in continuous skill set development.
• Support sessions to understand the dynamics of handling client and team interactions/meetings.

PAYROLL:

ACCOMMODATION:

• Accommodation provided in a premium & safe neighborhood with amenities to ensure that the candidates are able to concentrate on their training without any disturbances.
• Limited number of people in each guest house.

IMMIGRATION & HR:

• We are an E-Verified company hence authorized to get your OPT Extension with existing training plans to help Extension candidates.
• We have an in-house immigration team and HR managers to maintain your immigration, who works at a next level to keep your status intact.
• We help eligible candidates with H1B and GC processing.
