Job Description: Responsibilities:

• Ensures proper staffing following the hiring plan for the department and maintains up to date resource capacity planning
• Continuous resource & budget planning for the department including capital investment to meet growing demands of the business unit
• Manages the department expenses to stay within budget, initiates cost savings measures.
• Develops partnerships with local external organizations in North America to enhance the regional footprint
• Develops and executes training plans based on needs of the new and current employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineer, Software Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics.
• Knowledge of software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle.
• Knowledge in automotive software product development cycles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
