HL7 Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manages and oversees the entire Ancillary delivery unit.
• Daily interacting with the client and the HCL management and check the overall risks, audit, support maintenance, and on-time delivery.
• Support the HCL team and understand the customer's new requirement, Present the delivery status to HCL management.
• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques.
• Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Utilization of strong data skills to provide solutions for both technical and business-related issues associated with the implementation of business analytics solutions.
• Design and build of ETL and data cleansing processes.
• Acquiring Data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
• Providing 24X7 production support and available for escalations.
• Flexible to work in shifts (including night shift) and taking upon call is mandatory.
• Ability to provide data analysis according to business requirement.
• Create reports, charts, graphs to show trend analysis
• Supports database applications and analytical tools to support data integrity and quality
• Should have good experience in Healthcare domain

Primary Skills:

• ANC knowledge, Scripting Language
• Required Technical Skill:
• .Net Development (Full Stack if possible) with Integration Technologies exp (like Web Methods, Cloverleaf, Mulesoft or HL7)
• Functional Skill:
• Hospital IT Management, Clinical Lab Management
