Job Description :The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is the primary point of contact for all Human Resources activities for their client groups. The HRBP advises, assists and follows up on company policies, procedures, and documentation, as well as coordinates the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
Experience
5+ years previous experience in Human Resources required
Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications
Bachelor s degree from accredited college or university (in HR or other similar discipline) required
Master s or advanced degree in Business, HR, or similar discipline preferred
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Human Resources point of contact for management and employees within designated client groups
Act as Human Resources consultant and advise clients on various employee issues such as employee counseling, performance management, personnel movement and exit interviews
Work towards standardization of processes and practices in all areas of Human Resources delivery
Facilitate the client s talent management processes (performance management, succession planning, career development planning) such that the client is provided with prepared, qualified internal candidates and provides employees with career growth opportunities
Liaise with compensation, recruiting, global mobility, payroll and other functions to assist clients with various personnel needs and movements
Ensure accurate Human Resources Information Systems records within client groups by actively coordinating HR data management activities within client group
Assist client management with employee counseling, coaching, terminations, and investigations of alleged harassment, discrimination or other inappropriate workplace behavior
Facilitate special projects as assigned within their client group
Other duties as assigned
