HR System Analyst

Proven knowledge of a software lifecycle and all its phases, including requirement gathering and testing with appropriate documentation Demonstrated knowledge and experience utilizing SQL and/or PL/SQL Understanding and experience with HR functions, specifically, experience with open enrollment and benefits Demonstrate understanding of documentation processes and procedure for application support and use Experience providing customer support including collecting functional requirements, configuring, administering, and debugging technical issues with various IT systems Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with peers and all levels of external and internal personnel, technical and non-technical

• Communication:

Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills to handle communication with technical and non-technical peers, customers, and stakeholders. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

key skils:

• Database experience can include Excel, Access and Visio. SQL experience can also be particularly sought after in roles where a high volume of data manipulation and analysis is involved.
• Systems management - Understanding of how to navigate and maximise the use of HR systems is crucial.
