HRIS Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing PeopleSoft, perform system maintenance, production user support, enhancement design and delivery, and the annual benefits open enrollment process through.
• Maintenance, improvement, and support of the HR and benefits teams, and related systems and processes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts.
• Participate in the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of the HR, benefits, payroll, and impacted systems.
• Coordinate and participate in all user testing, training, and troubleshooting processes.

key Skills:

• Ability to work with, update, and maintain HRIS database.
• Knowledge of business analysis tools.
• Ability to create details reports from HR data sets.
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Strong ideas of Project Management concepts.
• System documentation and data analysis.
