HRIS Analyst

Job Description:

 Responsibilities:

• Develop training programs for system end users for identified work streams.
• Responsible for training system admin team members on system capabilities and supporting ongoing training program.
• Develop and oversee processes to ensure data integrity, including evaluation of current data entry and management, and routine data audits
• Use expertise to drive full utilization of the system, optimization of functionality, and efficiencies in business processes.

Qualifications:

• Direct experience managing multiple vendors and compensation administration outsourcing.
• Experience in understanding, and technical expertise, of broad based compensation programs
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills, with precise attention to detail.
• Appropriately operate with frequent access to confidential information.

key Skills:

• Knowledge of business analysis tools.
• Ability to create details reports from HR data sets.
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Strong ideas of Project Management concepts.
• System documentation and data analysis
